Packers "shopping" favre

the packers have been asking multiple teams on what they have to offer for favre. by talking to other teams the packers are seeing if it is worth trading favre. do you guys think it is WORTH it? if they can get something good in return

If they get a second round pick that is more of a robbery than the Brewers win last night. The guy was retired, it was game over for the Packers, now they may walk into a high draft pick for nothing.

if a team is desperate for a qb, which is almost every team. then the pack is going to get more that a 4th round pick... look at shockey, he's a tight end and the NYG got like a 2nd and a sixth or something like that

They could even get a first. people don't realize how great favre was last year. He will have a better season in 08 if he has good receivers to go to.

Nobody's going to give away a first rounder for a guy who has two or three years left - if not one.

yea they will....didn't the patriots get their first rounder taken away for cheating.. god the patriots suck.. just think if they were caught for every season that they won a superbowl...

Fortunately for them the Goodell-Belicheat tandem made sure they took the lesser of the their two first round selections. Better news for us is they used their first rounder to take mini-me-mayo.

No team will give up a 1st round pick for Favre. The man has been back and forth with retirement the past 3 years, then retires, then comes out of retirement. It's too big of a gamble. They will get a 2nd round and maybe a 4th to go with it. If they do get that, the Packers will come out ahead. And God help any team that places their hopes and dreams on that bastard.

Got that right Booba. I think it is even ridiculous to consider a second round pick. Unless jersey sales are their main concern, if that is the case i could see him going to KC (goodl uck getting him to play for herm though) or a different team that has zero shot at doing anything this year.
