I need some ideas on games. i wish they had dr. mario but they don't, any other NES style games they have that i should know about?

Resident Evil 4. Get this game, Drago. It's been considered one of the best games in the past 20 years.

Another one you may enjoy (Foye loved it) is a game called Pikman. It's more of a strategy game, but I think both you and Jessi would enjoy it. There is also a remake of Metal Gear Solid on the gamecube that has added a lot of things and is supposed to be very good.

i was terrible at the damn resident evil games, i could never get the motion of the character down. I would try it if i could find it for cheap.

It's a completely different control scheme. You should be able to find all gamecube games at reasonable prices by now

Haven't you ever seen Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid? There are ways around paying for things and as the movie showed, it always works out in the end.
