Just seems to good to be true. I mean there are a lot of wealthy people down there and even more people that are willing and able to screw people over.

You should see the strip malls down there. They are entirely vacant. What happens is the builder will line up deals where they build and say convince the buyer that there are stores lined up to fill in the shops. It's a lie. They build these things with no intention on following through with what they said.

That said, I hope it is legit. Could be some steals by the beach!
