I almost started laughing and laughing really hard when i heard this guy talk. They he spoke some more...

Imagine Cleveland from Family guy. He speaks with that pace and the same deep voice, keep in mind the guy is 72 years old, so i tried to give him the benefit of the doubt.

me: 'do you use online banking at all? it is free to you if you would like it set up..."
him: "no...we do not...currently...have that...kind...of equipment"

I'm sorry, you had to be there, i almost fell over. lol

sorry dude, we need that one in writing. I told him to stuff it. No, not really, but i did tell him to have his bank send us a letter asking us for the letter. No worries on your end amigo.
