herm is such a nut case. The man should be admitted, not coaching a team. I wouldn't trust him getting a winning record with U12 girls flag football.

The article was interesting but severally problematic. In one instance where the author is describing one of the Jets games he admits that Herm's coaching was most likely why they lost, but he isn't talking about his coaching ability but rather that he helped the Jets win....I don't get it. I think he likes Herm personally, and says he likes him professionally too but clearly is focusing on the former rather than the latter.

Herm is the best coach in the NFL at shedding blame. It's never his fault, for that reason, IMO, he's the worst coach in the NFL.

Every good coach I've had has almost mentioned accountability.
