Referee Dues

This is getting crazy. To ref fifa, which is club soccer and is a good brand of soccer you need to go to a yearly class and pay them 30 or 40 bucks. No problem, i have no problem paying them money since they teach the course and keep us informed of the rules.
High school on the other hand is just out of control. You need to get fingre printed in florida 40 bucks, pay one association 50 bucks and pay some other community ref pool to get on their list.
For a state that is desperate for refs, you'd think they'd make it easier for people to become refs...instead of raping them for all they have before they even see the field.
