Redskins sign former MVP Alexander

On the trade deadline day, the Washington Redskins made headlines of their own without trading a player.

The Redskins signed former NFL MVP running back Shaun Alexander to a one-year deal and punter Ryan Plackemeier. Both players will be reunited with Redskins coach Jim Zorn, whom they worked with in Seattle.

ha!!!! although i did get them at a damn fine price. BTW, aren't you the one that is employed and making more than 2 times my salary when i was working? yeah...thought so, you buy the tickets!

I am really interested in how the new Roy Williams plays in Dallas. Part of me thinks they will implode and the other part thinks they will have one of the more dynamic offenses in history.

I'm betting on the first part but we'll see.
