Teams didn't get their registration in on time.

So the league is ran by half witts, but this tops the cake. You remember signing those forms before the bavarian game to get your player card? Well they want those each and every year. Fortunately i made copies and changed the dates on our old ones so i don't need all of them again but it's still pretty lame.

Think we all should just enter the MLS draft.
