I'm looking to broaden my horizons a little bit in the music department. List some artists/bands and the genre they would most likely be put. Example of one that Lacey has recommended to me recently:

Fleet Foxes - Alternative

Space Hog, Graham Nash, The Human League might be some bands you don't listen too but the ones that everyone should listen to you, you probably already have. Doors, Jimi Hendrix, Floyd, J Cash, Chuck Berry.

Let me know if you like the first three I mentioned, they might be an acquired taste.

"Anchorman", right? clown

My humble suggestions:

Andrés Calamaro "Tinta Roja", Argentina (mainly "tangos" in this album, but this guy is a musician and composer, and one of the main icons of the Argentine rock)

Los Rodriguez "Sin Documentos", Spain-Argentina (rock)

Miranda - "El disco de tu corazón", Argentina (electro pop)

Teleradio Donoso - "Gran Santiago", Chile (pop/rock)

Eso!
I hiope you enjoy any of those =)

Flaka

Estopa - "Estopa", Barcelona (Spain) (rock)
