Why Cats Are Better Than Dogs

Cats are a better pet to have than dogs. This is not a knock on dogs, but rather just the simple truth. People point out that a dog will come to you when you call to him, but many cats do the same. Cats clean themselves much more efficiently than dogs, so you do not have to give a cat a bath (which is a good thing because giving a cat a bath sucks). Dogs tend to smell more, while the only part of a cat that smells is the litter box. You have to walk a dog outdoors in the sunshine or rain or snow, while with cats you can sit inside all day long. Dogs slobber up their water while cats take little sips. Cats purr and dogs bark, which needs no further explanation. Finally, in a fight a cat can beat up a dog.

umm, i don't remember emma fairing too well against Marely...and marley was like 4 months old. He had that cat running for her damn life. haha

She was holding back because she is a nice cat and didn't want to destroy the poor puppy's life. She would've launched on Marley's back, dug in with her claws and brought him down and feasted on his carcass....but she's a gentle kitty.

You seem to forget that marely's name was almost going to be "danger" because he is a dangerous killer. I once had to drag marely off of a human that he had killed and drug back to the house. I told him he was a bad dog, but that didn't stop him from doing it again.

And you, sir, forget that Emma is a serial killer cat and that I've had to dispose of more bodies and body parts than you can even fathom. She is indeed the devil...but she's too damn cute to just kick to the curb. Plus, Rule #1: never piss off a homicidal psychopathic cat.

You have a good arguement there. But there are always a large majority of cats that dont come when they are called, and could not give a crap about you. Dogs on the otherhand, usually aim to please and always want to be by your side. Its a matter of what you have time for and what you like. Both are great!

Oh, and you should check out a savannah cat, its a cat that supposidly behaves like a dog.

So I am planning on getting a bearded dragon since I can't have a cat. They seem to be pretty awesome pets.

Bearded Dragons look and seem way cooler than iguanas I would prob get a baby so I could see it grow and train it. My friend has one too, and its friggin awesome! I want a colorful one though. I just went to a pet store and they only had brownish looking ones. Tic tac, any pet stores you would recommend?

I have major anger issues that need to be addressed.

because if you quote someone you can essentially change or add to their post. As long as you stay between the "quote" things and don't change the marks infront of behind them.
