negative. They'll have a top 5 ground attack and a top 10 run stopping defense. That may not equate into a playoff birth but it should have them on the cusp. They gained too much this offseason on the offensive and defensive lines to be like last year.

Not sure if you know but the Jets defense is normally quite good. Last year they had some dead weight but emerged a future all-pro ILBer in David Harris.

The Jets, Bills and Vikings are my sleeper picks this year. I got the Bears and Chiefs finishing in the bottom three...i imagine the Dolphins should give them a good run for their money as worst team in the NFL as well.

I wondered if it was possible for the Dolphins to get worse, then I noticed they will have a pretty strong power running game. Then they signed Chad. Completly negating their rushing attack.
