is a report you pull on clients telling if they owe other banks money. It then allows us to deny them accounts.
We just changed our format from it takinga bout 2 minutes (including writing discrepencies) to now taking 20 minutes. It's great. It locks my computer down and prints as many as three times as many copies as i need.
Not only was the old chex system a one page document (per family or group), but the new ones are two per person. So for 5 minors and a mother the report i hand in, of virtually all wasted paper, is now over 15 pages long. Good times. burn the forests to the ground while we're at it.
