I like your top four but think St. Norbert will make up the fourth seed and that Lake Forest will get in the third position.

.Mobley does look like he is a great motivator, making it hard to pick against him but I liked what Grinnell did towards the end of the year last year and expect more of the same from them and from St. Norberts.

.1. St. Norberts - Look to be the strongest team in the conference. Carroll did go
undefeated last season, however the loss of many starters places
St Norberts on top.

2. Carroll - Give them second spot mainly for their undefeated season and coaching.
Question here is how much playing experience did the underclassman get who
will fill these open positions. Second spot could be prime for the picking.

.It's so hard to give Carroll the top spot with all of the players they need to replace, part of me thinks they need to slide to the third or even fourth spot.

Calling out Plaintiff is usually a pretty simple task. As for my prediction of Grinnell, I don't think I was far off. They took Carroll to overtime in a 1-1 match, obviously losing early in overtime.

I think Carroll outplayed them that game but it was still a close match and it took Carroll virtually the entire game to stick one in the goal. Had that game swung the other way, Carroll would still be on top of the conference but Grinnell would still have a chance with St. Norbert still to come (for Carroll).

Carroll did surprise me this year, congratulations to them so far. Do you really think the season is over though? Have you already won the conference tournament? There are still games to be played, don't count your chickens before they've hatched.
